ARTIST AGREEMENT

MUSQZONE Artist Platform Agreement & Terms

This agreement outlines the terms for artists joining the MUSQZONE platform. By joining and activating your artist page, you agree to the following structure, payout terms, and responsibilities.

• Artists retain 100% ownership of their music and creative rights.
• MUSQZONE operates as a direct-to-fan platform allowing artists to sell music directly tosupporters. 

• The platform retains a 15% service fee from all sales generated through the platform.
• Artists receive 85% of each sale generated from their music.
• All payouts are sent once per month to the artist’s provided payout method.
• Artists must provide accurate payout and tax information before receiving payouts.
• Artists are responsible for their own taxes. MUSQZONE does not withhold taxes from artist
earnings.

• Artists earning $600 or more annually may receive a 1099 tax form.
• A yearly platform hosting fee of $100 is required to maintain an active artist page.
• Artists are expected to actively promote their music and maintain consistent engagement with their audience.

• If an artist chooses to leave the platform before the yearly term ends, the remaining yearly fee must still be fulfilled.

• MUSQZONE reserves the right to maintain platform quality and remove inactive artists after notice.
